Game Icon displays white border sometimes

Hello, I am releasing a game very soon, and we just recently had the icon done. However, I stumbled across a problem a few hours ago and I am pretty confused about it.:

If I go to my ‘Favorites’ page, there’s a white border on the game icon as shown below

But, if I go to my home page and go to ‘Recently Played’, It’s not there…

I don’t know what I should do, any responses are appreciated as I am pretty confused.

you may have the dimensions of the image slightly off, make sure that it’s exactly 512x512 pixels.
