I dont know what it is but i dont really like my icon, it isnt really eye catching.
maybe its the color grading idk.

I actually think it’s pretty good, but it’s not entirely eye-catching.
This icon looks good. You’re right, it isn’t as eye-catching as other games on Roblox, that’s because the icon is too dark. Keep the shadows around the character, but make the entire icon lighter/brighter. Also, make the text a bit lighter/brighter too.

I think the overall brightness could be increased, maybe that would help it stand out more. To give more feedback, I’d have to know more about the game itself. The icon might give off the vibe/feel you want it to or there could be something else entirely.
