My game icon has a horrible CTR of 0.62%. I’m struggling to find ways to improve it so I’m not sure what to do.
The genre is puzzle.

Honestly I believe it’s because you’re not highlighting anything in the icon you’re kinda just slapping an image of a room behind the logo… I would try to focus on a button or door or maybe some kind of eye capturing/unique feature that your game has (if you look at most of the front page games they all have a main subject in view)
