Game Icons and Thumbnails Not Loading

Moderation seems to be broken for game icons and thumbnails all day now. It has killed off a good 25% of my player base because its been stuck on pending for over 3 hours now. I understand that it is Memorial Day but it is kind of ridiculous that these important features are not getting done over hours of time.

Note: This is occurring for most if not all game icons and thumbnails.

Can you revert to a previous icon? It should be cached and go through immediately (if you have the file)

That’s what I’ve had to do. Its a shame I can’t have my new one for my Memorial Day sale.

Hi!

New icons uploaded to our games still get immediately moderated+deleted.

We’ve reverted to the old icon which works fine for now.

Hey there! Just found this thread because I cant seem to find an answer on the dev forum. I have a game ready for release but I can’t because the Icon and Thumbnail simply won’t get accepted, they have been on pending approval for 48+ hours. I’ll link them with this response. Hope you’ll respond!
