Game idea | Roblox Earth | Possible to script an opening Camera System?

Hey there,
Just before I start, I just want to tell the people who know me that I am not abandoning on my current projects, it’s just an idea.

Now, I had an idea to make a genre of Minecraft Earth but with Roblox, so it would be “Roblox Earth” as a game. So the game would only be solo to keep the privacy.
I was wondering if it was possible to make a script that would open the camera of a mobile phone and if it would break Roblox ToS. If not, is it a good idea?

This is not currently possible. If it was, I imagine there’d be very strict ToS to abide by when using it.
