Game is stuck on paid access, and can't turn it off

(Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I don’t know what else to turn to)

Hello, a friend and I have an experience that we can’t seem to fix, and were hoping maybe we could figure out how to fix it. We accidentally turned on paid access for a game on studio, and now neither the website nor studio allows us to turn it off. (For the record, he owns the game, but he sees the same thing)

I guess I should first ask, obviously, can you turn off paid access in the first place?

Studio for us shows the paid access greyed out, and he as the game owner also can’t see to turn it off

And then for configuring the place, everything here is also greyed out.

We’ve been stuck here and not sure how to fix it. None of the things we click do anything, and the game’s public. What are we supposed to do?

Try setting it to private then public again? I honestly have no idea.

We’ve tried setting it to public and private, though, it doesn’t change anything. I don’t blame you for having no idea, I haven’t seen anybody else have the issue (unless I’m missing something obvious)

I don’t think I can create topics in bug reports, this is the best I can do, I believe. Thanks for replying, though. Hoping a support ticket might help us.
