Game launched in vertical orientation on the Poco F1 and Poco X4 Pro 5G mobile devices. Presumably, this was the player’s first login to the server for the day.

We reproduce this bug at Playgrounds Basketball - Roblox

Reproduction Steps:

1. Launch the game at Poco F1/Poco X4 Pro 5G device
2. Enable Orientation Lock on the device
3. Log in to the game
4. Pay attention to the orientation of the screen in the game
   Repro Frequency: 10%
   Platform: Mobile

Expected behavior

The game is launched in the horizontal orientation of the screen on a mobile device

Have you considered vertical orientation being enabled in the StarterGui of the experience?

Yes, it is enabled. On other devices, everything works fine. Its like device special problem or smt.

With this setting it should not be possible to play in vertical mode, maybe check any of the scripts that may cause that?
