Game load problem

Hello, everyone.
Actually i cant load any of games on roblox. For some reason my game loading for 10-15 minutes and that it says: Lost connection, please reconnect.
This bug happens every time when i want load my or other game.
This bug started after new update.

I using system Windows 10 (If thats important)
Also i have good ping.

This sounds less like a bug and more like something going on at your end. Have you tried reinstalling Roblox player?

Make sure that your firewall isn’t preventing the Roblox client from connecting to the game server.
