My recently released game ‘The royal chase’ does not appear in search after about a week. This is really annoying considering when I make videos on it half the people say, ‘Can’t find it, is it out?’.
If anyone could help tell me why this is or how I can fix it, it would be greatly appreciated.
your game name has 3 letters: “The” “royal” and “chase”.
if your game isn’t popular, it may not appear. because roblox will search every game with the name or description similiar with these keywords and sort them by game activity.
forgive me for using “game” instead of “experience”
but the closest search doesn’t even have all three words in it. Plus, it is hard to get it popular if the viewers cant get onto it
does the description have one of the words?
advertise it thru social media, or just hope roblox puts your game on someone’s recommendations.

My other game “Trick or trust” before gaining a player base appeared in the search, despite that fact it has “Trick or” in the name. (Alot of games with trick or treat in it)
Did you put up an advertisement or a sponsor for the game? or, before when it gained players you searched “Trick or trust” which is exactly your game’s name?
I didn’t advertise it. I did search the name.
well, the name search might be the one causing it to appear, because like i said roblox searches up the keywords thru all their games in the database
I’m confused, If I search ‘The royal chase’ the exact name of the current game. It doesn’t change anything
because other games might have “the” “royal” or “chase” in their title or description. think about it, who would make a game about “trick or treat” and puton a “trust” keyword?
The top searches for ‘The royal chase’ don’t have the word ‘Chase’ which makes both of my games, 3 words with 2 of them being commonly searched.
i forgot to tell you about weight, the max is 1 ton of steel and 2 kg of gold
lets say the steel is your keyword and the gold is your game activity (i dont know which is which)
you have all the keywords in your game, that’s 1 ton. but you dont have any game activity, that’s 0 gold. in total it’s 1 ton
but another game has 2 keywords of 3 in total but it’s very popular, that’s 2/3 ton of steel and maybe >1/2 gold. in total it’s > (2/3) + (1/2) which means > around 7/6 ton
7/6 ton is > than your 1 ton. so the other game weights more and will appear above.

because your game has more keywords which adds weight and game activity which adds weight too…
they both have 2 keywords?? limit
add the game activity, if the game is dead, then it will most likely not be shown above
