My game: đ[Morphs] Find the Fridges [88] - Roblox has recently had a small explosion in popularity, and has gone from having 5-10 players to 60-100 players. Ever since this has happened, the gameâs like rating has been slowly decreasing. It has gone from around 77% to 69% in around 4 days. I canât figure out why this is occurring as I havenât really been getting any negative feedback on my group wall. I would highly appreciate if I could get some feedback on the game, and what possible issues it may have.
there isnât really anything wrong with the game in general other than the map looking very bland and boring
I already played your game and itâs funny.
Maybe the dislikes are from random people
as a recommendation:
You can improve the map for a better experience and make it more entertaining.
What parts of the map do you believe are the most bland? I plan on adding more landmarks to the ice and desert areas, is there any other areas that need some improvements?
the spawn area looks really empty itâs literally all trees
Do you think the town near spawn needs more buildings, or should I add other things to the small forest surrounding the area?
Now that I look more closely at the area, it has a lot of unused space. I will make sure to think about your suggestion.
maybe more things to the forest surrounding the area
imo you should just revamp the entire map and make it better
I am not sure if the map is the big issue, a lot of games similar to mine use a similar layout. When the game was small the like rating wasnât decreasing, so I am mainly trying to figure out why its starting to decrease now.
could just be players randomly disliking the game
it happens a lot
do you have any ideas on how to prevent random dislikes, or gain more likes to cancel out the dislikes?
i have no idea
players just rate the game based on their opinion
you should go in-game and ask players what they want to see added
Letâs say, when you have 100 ratings only, you could be lucky and maybe the majority were your friends, which could result in quite a high rating.
Once you have 10,000 ratings, your friends canât affect much and the factor of luck wouldnât show as much.
I highly doubt the majority of people who liked it were friends of mine, as everybody who joined my group or bought game passes were people I didnât know.
I can relate Hahaha, Same type. While the people who post on the group wall seem to like it a lot.
The bigger the numbers are, the less luck will affect it.
Sometimes you just canât win when it comes to the like and dislike ratio. I personally would just focus on the player count and the other playing statistics because rating doesnât define the overall game. As long as you can see people ingame having a good time, or fans however you see them, then thatâs what matters.
