Game Scripter Needed

Hey guys! So I am working on a total revamp of my game called Disintegrate (Used to be called Anti-Gravity: This is War), and I have hardly any scripting knowledge… So I need some help!

What is needed?
Here is a full list of what is needed to be created:

[spoiler]Game Mode Changer - CTF, TDM, Domination (some like these)

Map changer- Voting. I will have the maps. (GUI needed)

New guns - On death, the killed player will have a “Disintegrate” effect. (More details if you wish to work with me)

Character - some form of uniformed team characters (I’ll look into it)

Intro GUI - credits, introduction of game.

Developer Product GUI - Whatever currency. I’ll decide prices. Make sure it can open/close with tweening.

Gun shop GUI - buy with currency. different meshes or texture. Most likely textures. like Loleris’ new MPB gun shop. But it needs to have several guns, showing how they are better and stuff. Simply again.

Global Leaderboard- Best player : leveling or kills. (can be removed, not important to me)

Leveling system. Awarding currency per kill

Original payment is included my friend. 35% is just a bonus. And that may change, depends on how successful the game is.

If I am happy with what I get, someone may be able to earn 50%+ revenue. I’m generous, I know I wouldn’t deserve everything, since I didn’t make the game function like it will.

What are you doing for the game? If I can just make the game on my own then why would I take 35% when I can take 100%? Why would I risk having my pay decreased (a very shady thing to do)? Why would I want to follow your schedule and have you approve everything I’m doing?

I will be marketing it, paying for everything, and building it.

But I see this as an opportunity for someone willing to help out. All they have to do is script the items I have mentioned above. And then they are done, and they will continuously receive profits on top of the original payment! They won’t have to worry about future bumps in the road, unless they choose they would like to.

Okay. What I mean by abuse of flexibility is someone who just slowly expands their time frames of getting stuff done. And doesn’t even make an attempt to finish something within the completion date. Obviously, in the real world this would result in getting fired, but I am willing to give second chances. And there will be warnings, which I should have stressed in the original post. I didn’t explain that well originally.

EDIT: I will decrease pay until they get back into shape.

You have to understand at the end of the day, the Scripting is usually the biggest hill to climb when it comes to game development. Think about it, I can make a game, build the necessities and never build anything again. With Scripting, I’m constantly fixing bugs, rewriting, improving, updating, etc.

Do you update by building more? Sometimes, but I’d say everytime I make a change to any of my games it’s to the scripting. Heck, I don’t even do a lot of building because I script Random Generators to do it for me (Obviously this applies to specific games, I’m just making a point)

The point I’m trying to get at is that Scripting is usually the biggest job in a game, and definitely is in this game. Sure, Marketing and Building is important, but 35% for that much work? I don’t think so. I don’t think any of us are trying to be mean, just telling you that it probably won’t happen.

Thank you for that information. I am revising my whole post, which will be giving much better benefits and revenues.

Post some evidence of your marketing? You bring it up a lot and I have yet to see any of it

35%-45% doesn’t sound enticing enough for the work required, in my opinion.

I could do this myself and get 100% of the profits. You haven’t really got a marketing portfolio, so that’s not convincing.
