"Game Settings" window crashed ('Could not load auto localization Settings')

Earlier I created a new Baseplate in studio to start work on a Database system for my future projects. In order to test this, the place needed to be published to Roblox so I could access the studio APIs. I published the place to Roblox, waited until the ‘Uploading’ window had disappeared and the ‘has been published to Roblox’ message appeared in Output, then clicked on the “Game Settings” button in the “Home” tab. The window opened, however a message appeared in output:

‘Game Settings: Could not load auto localization settings for game’

All the options are greyed out and unclickable, and the close and cancel buttons on the Game Settings window have no effect when clicked. When the Game Settings window is open it removes the ability to interact with anything in studio apart from that window, which leaves me in a sticky situation where the only apparent option is to kill the application through task manager and lose all my progress, although luckily this hasn’t been an issue for me on this occasion as the bug happened immediately after publishing.
