When opening a Roblox place, the game settings, collaboration page, and the plugin manager will not open and ‘fails to load’. My output has the following message:

If I search the universeID in the Roblox creator hub, it gives me a random Korean car decal, link here.
Another issue is in the Roblox studio home page, I can not click on any of the templates and my previously made places will not load.
