Game shut down with no explanation

On friday I came online to see access to my game was blocked. Ive searched everywhere for a reason. Nothing in my email, nothing in my roblox messages. All I have is the red exclamation next to my games place in studio:

I reached out to roblox support on friday and I still haven’t heard back. Im frustrated, my community is frustrated. And no one has any idea whats going on.

Don’t you get a reason sent when assets/games get taken down? I’d at least like to know the reason so I can fix it and get my game back up, I’m just waiting around with no clue when I’ll even get a reply.

Check your roblox messages or your email, they usually inform you when it gets taken down and why.

You can have a look at Violations & Appeals to see if it’s listed there

I notice you aren’t the group owner, did the owner account get a warning or private message? That’s where it would’ve been sent to.

Work week, today or tomorrow. Let us know what it was, especially if it was the “Ai says you were trading Robux off platform” kind of account ban. :disappointed_relieved:

nah thats my alt account also connected to my email, haven’t gotten any messages on that account either. Ive been sending out appeals from my main account, today I sent one out on the owners account so i’ll see what happens. Though i honestly have little hope I’ll hear back given how ridiculous this situation has been.
