Game subject allowed, or not

Hello!
So, I have been working on a game for a few days now, and I had this thought:
Is my game against Roblox community guidelines?
My game basically takes back the occupation of Germany during WWII, and takes place in a small town (this is a Roleplay game).
I have seen this line in the community guidelines, but I can not tell if this applies for what I am working on:

If this is clearly forbidden on Roblox, I do not understand how some border games still exist.

Any idea for this? Thank you!

That looks like a rule for groups, to me it looks like your fine as long as you don’t make money for a group of bad guys.

I think you may run into issues with “depictions”, as noted. We can’t know for sure without knowing the exact content you plan on including, of course. I believe there are also some rules around political depictions.
