Hello. I Have experianced quite a problem lately. My daily visits dropped significantly after publishing an update and advertising the game. I Updated the game icon and got usual CTR on the ad so doesn’t seem like the new icon is the problem. Here is a screenshot of my stats:
Do any of you know what could cause this problem and what could fix this mess? Thanks in advance.
I think the problem is that your game may not be appealing to the people who you advertised to, or that the game itself is not up to the standard that is usually expected from casual Roblox Players. Or, you may not be updating the game which may cause the player to lose interest.
To fix this, try updating more or adding more features to the game.
Thing is i was getting around 650 visits daily before the update. It dropped right after i updated. Also im updating the game weekly so i don’t think the lack of updates is the problem here.
Potentially, the players didn’t like the update? Try making a feedback GUI where players can feedback on your game. This might help you understand their point of view.
Was the part where the visits increased before the ad?
The visits spiked to 1.5K during the ad day, it’s the day with the most tablet visitors.
Maybe people just wanted to see what the game it about 
I don’t know what your ad was about but it could just have been trolls playing.
Maybe the update in your game broke something? Other than that I have no idea.
I don’t think so, i played the game after the update with friends we haven’t found anything.
Try changing the game title 
I know this may sound a bit dumb but uh… did you perhaps make the game private accidentally?
