Game taken down for "Illegal Real Money Gambling"

Hello, my game was taken down by Roblox moderators for “Illegal real-money gambling content”. I’m unsure of how illegal real money gambling was allowed in my game, even though the gambling is within the games currency.

To add on to this, we’ve even made sure to include in the “Age Guidelines” about the gambling.

How is this “real money gambling” when no real money is used whatsoever? Are Roblox Moderators on some other stuff lately?

Is there any way to get extra points through Robux or like any in-game purchasable items at all?

If not, try to appeal the game. Thats your only hope.

You’re able to purchase the points with robux. Maybe that could be the case?

Although, Roblox is forcing me to remove the content from my game in order to have it reinstated. But they’re not letting me plead my case whatsoever besides removing it.

In that case that is the issue. If you are adding any sort of gambling content, the user is not allowed to spend a single robux on something which he can gamble. That was probably the reason they took your game down.
