I made a thumbnail for one of my games and I tried uploading a quick thumbnail onto roblox but it said Error uploading file: file_name.jpeg
Is it because my file size is 1.7mb or is it something else

It might be because the thumbnail is a .jpeg instead of a .png
nope it still for some reason doesn’t work
What did you use to make the thumbnail?
Photoshop but it should work fine cause every other thumbnail I’ve made worked fine
It might be roblox’s website is glitching. In the past I’ve had shirts not upload. Maybe try waiting for 30 minutes or an hour and tell me if that fixes it.
My other image works though so I’m not sure
Huh. Try resaving it and uploading. Or save it to a new file.
