I’m the main developer of a game that was placed under review several weeks ago with no response or explanation. The game was consistently getting over 2,000 CCU and is published under a verified group.
We’ve submitted multiple support tickets but haven’t received any updates. We’re unsure what caused the review and are more than willing to fix any issues if they’re communicated.
This long silence is affecting our team and community. We’re asking for clarification, the reason for the review, and an estimated timeline for resolution.
maybe forsaken sent a claim or smt because there is forsaken assets in ur game…but I saw the description says u had permission? maybe they changed their mind or someone new joined the team and they sent a claim

Just wanna note that the appeals team is very busy at the moment even before the hatch i believe (Im also waiting)
Quick suggestion to not open multiplie tickets. Your ticket is open and will get handeled eventually but opening multiplie ones will delay their response even more mostlikely
