Around a week ago now, my game World Builder was deleted for “Inappropriate Content” and after looking into what happened, I had found that someone most likely mass reported it, which lead to what I believe is some kind of automated bot deleting my game and giving the owner of the group that made it a warning.
What should I do about this? I already sent an appeal the day after it happened when I found out about this and I still have no response and have gotten word from a friend that customer support is taking well over 2 weeks to respond to some appeals, I find it completely ridiculous that a game that didn’t even break the rules was somehow deleted immediately without any warning, the warning message I got didn’t even tell me what broke the rules in the game, it was just this:
For more context, my game was nothing more than a sandbox building game where players could create their own worlds and build in them, then allow other players to join and explore their worlds, similarly to Blockate, many players had enjoyed this game.
It might also be that players were making innapropriate builds. However, that is not your fault so i don’t see why your game would become permanently suspended.
If they were, I have in-game moderators to deal with that, and I believe the ban was done by an automated bot as it happened so suddenly, on top of that - if it were a human moderator they could have clearly seen that the game was primarily made up of UGC
I’ve already done that, and the person claiming to have done this is threatening to mass report it again so I’m going to hope nothing comes of that. It’s unfortunate I have to resort to this as players lose all their data as a result and it takes a lot of time to transfer all of my products and gamepasses to it
