My game was moderated some time ago now whilst in it’s very early stages of development.
Does anyone know who I need to contact to get it re-opened again?

Delete or change whatever part of it is causing it to be moderated and reupload the game.
As far as I know you don’t need to contact anyone unless you believe it was falsely moderated. Just delete whatever breaks TOS and republish the game.

When I republish though, no one can access it but me
I’ve never heard of that happening. As long as you’ve deleted anything that breaks TOS, I would create a new place and copy everything over.
That way it has no moderation history on the new place, and won’t get moderated as you deleted whatever caused that.
First of all, analyze what was and got moderated. If your experience got moderated due to an asset, it is good to see if the moderation action was valid or invalid by automation.
After the conclusion, you need to contact to Roblox Customer Support about your concerning issue while also applying in the correct category and explaining the situation. Remember that the experience in question has a expiration for agents to understand the issue, 30 days.
If the time passed, they cannot help you. The alternative would be recreating everything from the beginning, no other choices to break or pass the system.
