Gamefam is looking for a producer to take lead on one of our many projects!

ABOUT US
Gamefam is a company that is looking to mix gaming industry veterans with talented individuals from the platform who are looking for a career in gaming. In total, we have over 40 team members in the company!
We are looking to be a bridge between larger companies with whom we have many connections and are actively discussing bringing their brands onto the platform.

THE JOB
This position will involve working closely together with your programmers, artists, designers, and other team members to finish up the projects on-time. Hosting weekly meetings with team members are also apart of the job. The job would at least be 24 hours a week with more if you are able to! Ideally, it would be 40 hours.
You will be the person responsible and in-charge for the creative direction and management of our games; whatever it is to lead live operations or games to build from scratch.
We’re really looking for someone that is interested in doing this long-term and build a career out of Roblox, who is eager to learn and passionate about game development!
THE PAY
The position can be either full-time or part-time, based on a monthly or hourly rate. The salary commensurates with experience.
It is US only and if the employment goes well from both sides there are both company benefits as stock options available in the future. It’s only possible to be paid in USD.
REQUIREMENTS
- You must be 18+ in order to apply for the position
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proven and demonstrable experience in producing successful Roblox games
- Live in the US
- Have Discord (this is the main form of communication)
- Have a positive attitude and get-it-done spirit
- Be a real team player
- Be available for 24+ hours a week
