GameGuard Anti Virus V2 [ALPHA]

Just, search vaccine or vaccine virus in Roblox Studio.

Those viruses are so outdated that thereā€™s no point in looking for them. This scanner mostly searches for backdoors (i.e. serverside loaders) instead of viruses.

(plus, the scanner already searches for Vaccine, so I donā€™t know why it didnā€™t pick those up for you)

Do you think, it could be a saving error, or did you not save it?
(because this happened to my plugin from 2020 it never saved)

No, itā€™s not a saving error as itā€™s been in the plugin for over 7 months at this point.

how would viruses get in your games? If itā€™s through free models then how do I tell which ones are ok to use?

You can get viruses through anything that can add scripts. For example, models can have malicious scripts when you insert them. Or, Plugins might add malicious scripts to your game. Users can also add malicious scripts to your game if they are untrusted.

To answer how to pick which ones are ok to use is difficult, as backdoors are becoming way smarter and harder to find. I would suggest only getting free models from the DevForum and not the toolbox as it is botted with backdoors daily.

This is why Iā€™ve made this plugin, to help you scan these models quickly and find all the unnecessary trash in your game.

ok, thanks. I guess Iā€™ll get your plugin

What do I do with my 10,000 quarantined scripts?

You can leave them be (as they wonā€™t do any harm to your game anyways) or delete them, your choice.

ok, I guess Iā€™ll just leave them then, thanks!

Love it! Except the whitelist doesnā€™t quite work. I whitelisted two scripts and it still detected them. And also the scan for plugin doesnā€™t work either. But other than that I love it!

The reason that the plugin scan doesnā€™t work is because rprxy.xyz changed something unexpectedly and I didnā€™t have the time to look into it.
And, the whitelist works 100%. Make sure you whitelisted just the script name, and not full path.

I have this script in the game called ā€œCameraScriptā€ and thatā€™s what I put into the whitelist but it still detected the script. Mabey Iā€™m doing it wrong. Sorry.

Here is a video of me doing it:

And even to make sure I spell it right I copy and paste the script name.
Sorry.

Hmm, okay. Thank you for reporting this bug.
Is there any errors in the output coming from the plugin?

Not that Iā€™m aware of no. But I will double check when I get the chance.

Hello So I just looked and there is only one error:

HTTP 403 (Forbidden)

Hate that errorā€¦

No i meant Exoliner I misspelt it as a joke LOL

Not sure why that error would be in the whitelisting processā€¦ I donā€™t use any HTTP in whitelisting.
