For some reason, platform feedback isn’t working for me so this is the closest to it I can post on. I’m making my donate gamepasses for my donation board and this keeps happening. No matter what I name the file it won’t accept it. For my first 5 robux donation gamepass, it accepted it. I wonder why it isn’t working now?
After being marked the first time by the moderation bots, it will be recognized and flagged automatically. Try changing just a single pixel of the image and renaming it to something generic like “icon”, then resubmit it. Good luck!

You can also sometimes take a screenshot of the picture and reupload it.

Update: I changed the picture, I also screenshotted it. I tried different files and did literally everything.

Did you try testing if what you named it actually was moderated, by naming it something like “Roblox”?
Yeah I named it icon, I think it might be a website bug.
Yeah, then it’s a website bug. Try contacting support about it for now.
Maybe try a different file format? PNG or something.
I’ve personally been able to email Roblox Support and have them review the moderation on the icon. They were able to correct it and I was able to proceed on.
