I’m not quite sure which category to choose, but I need your help on something:
Lately, I tried the regional pricing of gamepasses, enabling them on a few passes but without saving it (to see the price differences). However, after my latest update to the game, some people started complaining about losing their gamepasses and having to buy them again. I didn’t make new ones, on the gamepasses page it even says that I didn’t update them (date).
I’ve done a test with a friend of mine who had bought the gamepasses before, but he kept them.
Did anyone else experience such an issue and is losing gamepasses really a thing? Or do they just lie in order to get free passes? Is there any way to give the gamepasses back?
