Welcome to Games by Epic! Listed below are the descriptions of every role in our group and how to obtain them.
Holder - SHR
The Holder role is occupied solely by EpicStudiosHolder, an account created to maximize security within Epic Studios groups. This role can’t be obtained.
Developer - SHR
This role is occupied by developers that regularly help code, build, or model for our experiences. If you are interested in becoming a developer, join our Discord server.
Operations Manager - HR
Operations Managers are a tier above Administrators. They can manage applications, promote or demote LRs, and keep our experiences safe with a wide variety of admin tools, including the ban tool.
Administrator - MR
Those that are active and perform well as Moderators are promoted to Administrator, a role that grants them additional moderation powers to help keep our experiences and group wall safe. They can view applications and department activity.
Moderator - LR
Moderators are the first level of defense against unruly guests and exploiters. They are granted limited moderation powers to keep our experiences and group wall safe. They can view their own activity and request inactivity through our portal.
Trial Moderator - LR
Trial Moderators have the same powers as Moderators, but are in a trial period to determine if they’re the right fit for our team. If they are, they will be promoted to Moderator. Otherwise, they will return to the Fan role.
Super Fan
Super Fans are group members that are especially active and supportive. You can obtain this role by visiting more often and being more active in our group and Discord.
Fan
Obtain this role just by joining the group!
Suspended/Under Review
Group members that are suspected of breaking our roles are placed Under Review while we conduct an investigation. Group members that have broken the rules may receive a temporary suspension rather than a permanent ban or exile.
