It seems games that are under locked groups are allowed to be modified and updated.
This is a huge security risk as this method could be used to circumvent punishments.
Expected behavior
If a group is locked, it should not allow games under the group to be modified, updated or created.

This shouldn’t happen under any groups unless the owner decides to do that. I hope Roblox fixes this soon.
