This is the rank information for Garden. You may read all the job descriptions, or simply just read the one that applies to you.

Customer - [LR] As a Customer, you are able to attend the Restaurant to dine by yourself or with the accompaniment of your friends. You are able to apply for a job if you desire to begin a career at Garden.

Premium Customer - [LR] If you are a Premium Customer, you are a recognized member of the Garden/ROBLOX community. It is also given to honored/retired staff members.

Awaiting Training - [LR] As a Trainee, you have passed our application/interview process and are awaiting a training to become your desired rank. (Waiter/Waitress or Chef).
Employees

Waiter/Waitress - [LR] A waiter/waitress is responsible for greeting, seating, taking the customerâs orders and serving the customers. Waiters/Waitresses are also tasked to make sure that the tables are ready for more customers. Permitted to attend and help out at sessions.

Chef - [LR] A chef is tasked with preparing the customerâs food. Permitted to attend and help out at sessions.

Head Waiter/Waitress - [LR] An active and experienced Waiter/Waitress that has been noticed by the Management or Senior management team. Takes on the same duties as a regular Waiter/Waitress however this person is more experienced and is on track to Supervisor if highly active and professional.

Head Chef - [LR] An active and experienced Chef that has been noticed by the Management or Senior management team. Takes on the same duties as a regular chef however this person is more experienced and is on track to Supervisor if highly active and professional.
Management Team

Supervisor - [MR] Supervisors are to observe the restaurant and ensure customers questions/concerns are acknowledged and dealt with. Supervisors are also responsible for removing trollers or assisting waiter/chef(s) if there is a staff shortage. They are also welcome to attend sessions.

Assistant Manager - [MR] Assistant Managers are responsible for ensuring all staff are working. All staff should be following company regulations. They are also permitted to handle customer and staff disputes in-game. They may host shifts if they wish. Finally, they are welcome to attend and assist at sessions.

General Manager - [MR] General Managers are responsible for overseeing shifts. They should be holding shifts on a regular basis. A General Manager should also ensure that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled. They are encouraged to assist at sessions.

Senior Management Team
- Corporate Officer - [HR] Corporate Officers are responsible for holding daily interview/trainings as well as shifts. They are divided into 3 departments which are listed below:
Departments
- Human Resources: The Human Resources Department handles: staff complaints, customer complaints, and Management(MR) inactivity notices. They are permitted to promote active employees and Management staff. However, all departments are welcome to promote active employees if they deem necessary.

Human Resources Team: Silverising, skb0b and mx_atty.
Operations: The Operations Department ensures shifts, interviews and trainings are running to a certain standard. They also ensure that they are being hosted daily. Likewise, they also make sure that Management staff are hosting shifts regularly.

Operations Team: vlogstar100, and Ayee_ItzCrystal.
Communications: The Communications Department handles alliance applications. They send reasonable alliance applications to the Communications Director for discussions and final approval. They also hold alliance events for Garden or attend Gardens ally events if required.

Chief Staff Officer - [HR] Chief Staff Officers are responsible for holding daily interview and trainings as well as shifts. A Chief Staff Officer should review all Executive Assistants and Corporate Officers. Hard working and extremely active Executive Assistants may be promoted after extensive review. They should be supervising at the restaurant and ensuring that staff are performing up to standard. Additionally, they should handle any kick requests for trollers if necessary and ban trollers if available to do so. Finally, they are responsible for reviewing the staff database and updating MR activity status.

Chief Executive Officer - [HR] Chief Executive Officers are in charge of the daily company-wide operations at Garden. They are responsible for overseeing all staff, operations and complaints. Any further issues that need discussing are sent to the Board. They are responsible for holding daily interviews and training as well as shifts.
Executive Team

Board of Directors - [SHR] The Board of Directors are in charge of the company. The Board handles all Executive complaints and issues and if they pose an immediate threat to company operations, they are handled and the Chairman is then informed. The Board is responsible for reviewing company operations and making changes if needed. Executive inactive notices should be sent to the a member of the Board.

Vice Chairman - [SHR] Communicates with the Board on company matters and works closely to make company changes if necessary.

Chairman - [SHR] Owner of the company and approves all company wide changes with the inclusion of the Vice Chairman.
Staff Guidelines
All staff requirements:
- Staff should maintain a professional image throughout all Garden group places.
- Grammar and punctuation should be utilized at all times.
- Session guides should be used at interview/training sessions, custom guides are not permitted to avoid confusion and to ensure all required information is passed on.
- Appropriate clothing should be worn across all Garden group places.
Management Team
- Respect and abide by the above rules and requirements.
- Remain active across all group games. You are an important part of Garden and itâs daily functions.
- You must remain mature at all times as you are role models! This doesnât mean you canât have fun. You should enjoy your job and the memories that come with it.
- You must represent Garden whenever you are visiting other groups. This means do not troll as you may get recognized and it will not look good for us as a group.
Senior Management Team
- Respect and abide by the above rules and requirements.
- Ensure ranks below you are also abiding by the rules and requirements.
- Remain professional at all Garden group places, and on visits to other groups/games.
- Deal with staffing issues appropriately.

As a Chef, it is your duty to prepare food for your fellow colleagues (Waiter/Waitress) to serve to customers.
I will now inform you on how the kitchen runs and important things that you need to know in order to become a chef.
When you enter the kitchen, you may click the text on the wall that states you can put on your chef uniform if it didnât work automatically when you joined the game. (Restaurant)
Once you are in the kitchen, you must click the chef hat on the LEFT side of your screen in order for you to begin preparing meals.
On the worktop, there is a printer that will send orders straight through to you. You simply click on the receipt to collect. You will find the receipt at the top of your screen, often underneath the chatbox.
When cooking food, you will need the recipe guide in which can be found in the handbook. However, the handbook has not yet been released so you
can ask another member of staff to forward it to you.
To make a meal, you need to select all the ingredients that are required. These will appear in your red bar.
You will click all of them which will then combine to create your desired meal. All you have to do then is simply insert the table number and your completed meal will appear on the collection worktop.
In the event that you do come across a troller, make sure to give them 3(III) warnings in which state the warning number, username, and reason. If you do not give a reason, MR/HRs wonât understand the situation when it comes to removal.
When giving warnings, they should look similar to the following:
WI - [USERNAME] - [REASONING]
WII - [USERNAME] - [REASONING]
WIII - [USERNAME] - [REASONING]
When given 3(III) warnings, you may request for an MR/HR to remove the troller. If there are no MR/HRs in-game, attempt to get assistance on the group wall. Once they have been removed from the server 3(III) times, they will be banned.

Hello! My name is [USERNAME] and I will be your helper for this session! I will begin by giving you a demonstration on how to use the kitchen appliances. Then, I will ask you 3(III) questions based on the information you have received from your trainer and I. After that, there will be a troll test. Finally, you will cook 2 items without the assistance from me. However; you may use the recipe guide which can be found in the handbook.
COOKING DEMONSTRATION
Go through this cooking demonstration before advancing onto trivia. You are to show them how to perform the tasks as well as stating what to do.
First, press the white chef hat on the left-hand side of your screen.
Grab a potato from this shelve by clicking on it. If you did it correctly it should be in your red bar.
Now click that potato and walk up to a chopping board and click the chopping board.
Wait until it is done chopping and then click the chopped potato.
Now we are going to go head over to the Fryers.
You are now going to click the chopped potato and then left-click the basket.
After the chopped potatoes have been added to the basket, you will click the black handle.
Once the fries are done, you will be able to press the black handle again in which they will surface.
Then click the fries and they should appear in your red bar.
Once in your red bar, click them and press âmake mealâ.
Now enter any table number and click make.
Congratulations you made some fries!
Now I am going to show you how to make Garlic Bread.
Look on the top shelve of the fridge and you will see garlic bread. Click it and then it should appear in your red bar.
Now go to the oven and click the top of the oven.
Click the garlic bread from your red bar and click one of the trays in the oven.
Now close the oven by pressing the top of it again. (Takes a few seconds)
Once the garlic bread changes colors to a light brown color, this means it is cooked. (You can simply wait a few seconds if you cannot tell.)
Now you can open the oven and click the garlic bread.
To finish off the meal, you will need to click the garlic bread in your red bar and click make meal.
Now enter the table number.
Congratulations! You made your garlic bread!
We will now be moving onto the trivia part of this training session.

When a customer comes up to you at the podium, you will welcome them to Garden with a greeting.
An example of a greeting could be, âGreetings, welcome to Garden! My name is [USERNAME], how many people are in your party today? (How many wish to be seated.)â
You will then ask the customer if they would like to sit inside or outside.
After that, you will bring them to a table and give them a menu by using the menu giver and clicking their torso.
Ask them if they would like a drink to start with in which you can get whilst they decide on their starter. Example: âAre there any drinks that you would be interested in?â
To make a tea or coffee, simply use the machine and kettle right beside the mugs.
If they want a cold a drink, cups are also found near the hot drinks machine. You can fill them outside of the kitchen at the dispenser.
You would then return to the customer and give them their drink(s).
Now ask them if they are ready for a starter. Example: âHave you contemplated what you might like to order for your starter?â
Take their order and enter the food they desire via the computer as ipads are for Management+.
Once done, click complete order and enter their table number.
Head to the kitchen and wait for the food.
Once the food is done, click the dish and head to the table. Click it to place the dish.
Once they are done with the food right-click the plate to remove it.
After that, you would continue asking if they are ready to order their main course then desert.
Once you have given them all their food, you may conclude your service and ask them if they are satisfied with their meal at Garden.

Welcome to Garden, if you would like to form a partnership agreement with Garden then please review the required requirements listed below. Please be advised that all groups must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for a Partnership. All partnerships are subject to removal at any time.
All groups allied with Garden will receive monthly evaluations to ensure they are meeting our standards, by our Communications Department.
All groups allied with Garden are responsible for following these rules:
- Your group must be a Business group (EX: Cafe, Restaurant, Clothing, or Hotel group.)
- Your group must have a minimum of 500 non-botted members.
- Your group staff must be professional, have great grammar, mature and good work ethics.
- Your group must maintain a good reputation and be respected throughout the Roblox community.
- Your group must have a Discord server.

-Must be willing to shout and attend Garden events. - Your group must send two executives as Allied Representatives. [They are required to be in our Discord server.]
