Welcome the the Geishá Public Handbook. Below will have all the information you might need to have the best experience within our Geishá community. Questions and concerns can go straight to any member of the Presidential Team!

AFFILIATE INFORMATION
Alliance Requirements
[1] Must have an active ROBLOX group AND Communications Server.
[2] Cannot be a war, fan, or raid group of any kind.
[3] Must have 60 members in the group.
[4] Must be willing to announce all of our requested announcements, and events.
[5] Your group must have at least 5 MR+ staff members.
[6] Your group must have at least 1 user to be a representative for your group.
Please use professional grammar, and we encourage at least 6+ sentences for each response, to give the best chance of passing this application. Once you have completed each question, DM your answers to a member of the Communications Department or Presidential Team. (We recommend putting your answers in a customized document for your group!)

RULES AND REGULATIONS
In game
[1] Trolling of any kind will receive you a warning. Three warnings, then you get kicked from the server. If you join back and receive three more warnings, you will be banned.
[2] Exploiting will get you an immediate P-Ban. Exploiting is when you use hacks, and/or admin when you are not given it because of your rank.
[3] Mass Spamming will receive you an immediate kick depending on the severity.
[4] If you happen to be an LR, you have permission to warn users. If the user happens to get 3 warnings, you will take a screenshot for proof, and send it to an MR+ to kick. If you see an exploiter at the cafe, immediately get proof and send it to an HR+.
[5] If you see an MR+ being unprofessional and/or admin abusing, you should screenshot it and contact an SHR with the information.

RANK INFORMATION
To be promoted to an LR, you must attend an interview! (IC should be open soon.) To be promoted from the lowest LR rank, you must attend a training session.
To be promoted from the highest LR, to MR, you either must, wait for applications, or be active, and professional, and if an MR+ notices your activity, they may DM an SHR, requesting for you to be promoted.
COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT
This department manages affiliations and events. If you have any questions, or suggestions, please feel free to DM a user with the role ‘Communications Department’.
HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
This department works with documents and applications. If there are any concerns on applications, DM a user with the role ‘Human Resources Department’!
ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
The Administration Department works on bans, warnings, terminations, and ban appeals. If you have an appeal to send it, please DM a user with the role ‘Administration Department’.
PRESIDENTIAL TEAM
These users are the SHRs of the group. They often oversee departments! If you have staff reports, or general questions, a user with the role ‘Presidential Team’ will always be willing to answer them.

BAN APPEALS
If you were banned, or blacklisted and you’d like to be unbanned, please fill out these few questions with immense detail. This goes for blacklisted affiliates and staff as well, but allies and blacklisted staff must use grammar.
Once you’ve finished filling out this application, please DM it to an SHR, or member of the Administration Department.

If you do not pass this application, you may apply in another 7 business days. If it has not reached this time, and you apply once again, you application will be ignored.
