General Expectations

Members of management are some of the most senior and experienced members of the staff team here at Louis Vuitton. The following form will outline many of the expectations of each member of the management staff. How to conduct yourself, and how to be a role model for other staff members.

Activity
Management team members are expected to be on the Homestore for at least 100 minutes each week.
In order for the store to run smoothly at all times, there must be some management runnings things from time to time. Having this activity requirement keeps every member in touch with the store, and in touch with what’s going on if there is ever a problem they need to handle.

Profesionalism and Maturity
As a manager, you are expected to be better than the sales staff below you. Because of this, each member of the team is required to use proper grammar at all times applicable. Management team members must also conduct their actions in a professional way. This means keeping a cool head when dealing with difficult people, always being the “bigger person” and not instigating arguments. Putting an end to inappropriate behavior instead of joining in on It, and most importantly understanding that just because you may hold a rank higher than another player, doesn’t mean you can disregard something they say. Whether it be criticism, an idea they have, or even a compliment. Be a member of management, not an egocentric jerk.

Dress Code
The dress code of managers is much the same as that of regular staff members. Refrain from using any unrealistic skin tones, hats, or accessories. Use one of the suits around the store, or use the uniform behind the counter.
