Generation for terrain

I’m trying to make a randomly generated part map using Blocks how would I randomly generate the map? Sorry I have no script for it yet I can’t even begin to think of where to start, any help is wanted and appreciated.

I guess the best way is to use 3D Arrays with Perlin Noise. Take a look here:
