Rank Information
When trying to familiarize yourself with GENHWA operations, it is crucial you know our rank systems. Below you are able to learn more about each rank category and their unique duties.
Leadership Team
The Leadership Team consists of ranks from Vice President to Owner. This team manages GENHWA’s bigger operations and the Executive Team. They are the highest ranking individuals within GENHWA.
High Ranks
High Ranks consist of ranks from Executive Assistant to Operations Director. These ranks manage GENHWA’s departmental operations. High Ranks are part of either the Human Resources or Communications Department. Their duties mainly consist of partaking in their chosen departmental duties.
Middle Ranks
Middle Ranks consist of ranks form Restaurant Assistant to General Manager. These ranks manage sessions, shifts, and supervision at the restaurant. They make sure all GENHWA’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Low Ranks
Low Ranks consist of ranks from Novice Griller to Master Griller. Their main duties consist of serving customers and guiding other staff members at the restaurant. Master Griller are also able to get recommended or apply for Restaurant Assistant.
Partnership Information
The Communications Department would like to thank you for your interest in forming a partnership with us. Here at GENHWA, we highly value the relationships we form with other like-minded groups on the Roblox platform. Our goal is to create lasting and impactful affiliations that are mutually beneficial to both groups with sincerity. In this section, you will find all of the necessary information to form a partnership with us, as well as the expectations your group will be held to if we are to form an official partnership between our two groups.
Partnership Requirements
- Your group must have 1,000 group members and 500 Discord server members.
- Your group must follow a business concept such as café, restaurant, hotel, gameshow, theatre, or apparel. Military and fan groups are ineligible.
- Your group must not sell ranks with administrative privileges.
- Your group must have a positive reputation within the Roblox community.
- Your group must maintain consistent activity in your group games.
- Your group must be willing to announce our events and host events with us.
- Your group must provide a minimum of two representatives.
Please note, exceptions of our requirements CAN be made. Contact a member of our Communications Department to request an exception of our requirements.
Application
- What is the name of your group? Include a brief description and links to your Discord server and Roblox group.
- Why is your group looking to form an affiliation with GENHWA?
- List the contact information of two representatives who we can contact.
- Do you understand that GENHWA reserves the right to terminate this affiliation at a moment’s notice for any reason we deem acceptable?
Please submit your application to a member of the Communications Department and allow us up to 72 hours to review your application and group. We will get back to your representative within that time with your final results. If you have any questions or concerns at any point of the application process, message a member of our Communications Department for any support or clarity you may need.
Session Information
Training sessions are hosted at the times below. Please make sure to join about 15 minutes before the training or before the session is full and or s-locked. Trainings are held every single day by our diligent team. If you are in need of assistance, ask in our communications server or simply notify us on the group wall.

Please understand there is always the possibility that a session will not be held due to a number of reasons. If a session is not posted by XX:00, then please assume the session is not going to be hosted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Master Griller Promotion Guide
This guide will provide necessary information for all Master Grillers aiming to become an individual on the Management Team at GENHWA. Please understand regardless or not if you complete the suggested steps, you are never guaranteed a position. The followings indicate important requirements that you must meet to be eligible for a promotion.
- You must be age 13 or above.
- Your Roblox account cannot possess safechat.
- Your account must be over 90 days old on both Roblox and Discord.
- You shouldn’t have any sort of poor standing reputation with GENHWA.
If you meet all of the listed materials above, congratulations, you meet qualifications for our management team! The following steps are the ones you should take in order to further achieve such roles.
- Be active frequently in discussions.
- Participate in events and group activities.
- Display professionalism while shifting or working (grammar is optional).
- Do not overwork yourself when working shifts. It is advised to do 30 minutes to an hour in each shift.
You will be contacted by a member of the Human Resources Department if we believe you would benefit GENHWA. Asking or hinting towards receiving this promotion will result in the dismissal of your rank and/or ineligibility to become apart of our management team.
