I’ve received a warning error “GetServerChannelRemote not available” and I don’t know how this happend. I saw it in Roblox Analytics service → Error Report

Alright, thank you, I also saw this error in PET GAMES special server for Pet Simulator 99 (not in the lobby, but in the game and minigames that looks like from serial Squid game).

I got this happening for me as well. It seems to only impact the ‘Server Name’ information on settings, causing it to show as ‘unknown’.
This seems to mostly happen only if the person takes longer than usual to join on the loading screen
Fast connections will not experience this at all, most likely.
This would be happening 100% of the time on any game that would “freeze” on the loading screen for example, as well, due to the slow loading in process.
So, either a slow connection to the game or a game that takes long to load will cause this error to happen.
@marecikov5 we will investigate soon, given this thread has not been looked at in a while we would like to know if the issue is still reproducible/relevant by you?
I’ve been getting an uptick of these errors.
They seem to cause the game to either take very long to load or just would not load at out, persisting until the server is manually restarted
Additionally, while in this state, the developer console does not give additional options, meaning it is impossible to load at server logs and any other relevant information
