So I would used to like try to focus on learning and practicing 3d modeling and coding at the same time which obviously didn’t work well so I focused more on coding for a year now made a lot of cool and projects and now I’m doing 3D modeling again just as a side hobby and after it’s been a lil while I made this so far:

Oh I just used gradients, color ramp, and node wrangler

It is rare seeing actually good things here on the forum and this certainly is amazing! Good job on this! But I would say that it does not look natural. Maybe use some subdivs? That could. Make it look better! And realistic!
I would also suggest adding a collar because I do not want a piece of cloth to decapitate me. Just a subtle collar. Also this looks more of a tank top so make it something like that?
Why not use texture paint? 
Could have more detail like that! But still good job.
