The majority of the time Roblox support is unhelpful, and that’s the reason a lot of people post about moderation issues here on the devforum. They almost always post generic responses which makes it feel like it’s just automated bots responding or responses being automatically posted based on the category selected. Even with that, they take a long time to respond. It’s a terrible experience that no one should go through.
It’s so bad that there are two options to report users or content breaking rules, only to be met with a response to use the “Report Abuse” feature that is also automated anyways.
