Getting banned for uploading distorted audio that's not actually distorted

I am getting frustrated. This is the 2nd time I got banned for receiving a moderator’s note that says “Uploading distorted audio files are not permitted. Please make sure your files can be easily and clearly heard.” I just uploaded some few music instrumentals that are not copyrighted at all. I make sure all of my music are working before uploading it. Please! it is not my fault if the audio suddenly becomes distorted after I uploaded it. The only thing that I know is that my audio works fine before I upload all of them. It delays my game development because of this. Can you do something about it? How can I make sure that this won’t happen again? Again, I always test my audios before uploading it and there’s no way that they were all distorted.

Could you send an audio file so we can listen? We all know roblox’s moderation is not perfect but, it would help if we could hear the ‘distorted audio’. Thanks!

Here, it’s not even a copyrighted my music as it didn’t changed the audio’s name to “(Removed for copyright)”. My game is all about music and dancing so I upload audios often and this happens. Before, I only get warnings. But now, I am getting banned for a few days.

Oh sorry, I changed the viewers to “Everyone”.

Hey! Me too, I sent an email to ROBLOX support but they didn’t understand.

They have an alternate email to send to, and I’m hoping that one comes through.

I received 3 bans recently for the same thing. Totally no reason behind it too.

Yeah, like I don’t have any idea how my audio gets distorted after uploading it. It’s not our fault so why are we getting banned? Anyway, what kind of audio did you upload?

I uploaded a beat for a map for my game.

Made the instrumental myself in FL Studio, no way it’d be distorted as I listen to the .ogg files, and mp3s and they both clear fine.

Yes, I also edit my music and saved them as .ogg files because of their file size and cheaper upload price. I didn’t encountered any problems everytime I upload audio as mp3 but it would cost higher.

A bot could easily mistake this as being distorted. I’d recommend contacting the moderation review group on the DevForum.
