Getting friend request received notifications while all notification settings are turned off

I’ve gotten a friend request notification at Jan 25:

This is inappropriate since I have turned off all notification settings (specifically the one for friend requests received):

This seems like the issue described here: Friend Request Notifications keep showing with notification setting turned off, it’s intended behaviour
