Getting "Intoxicated" in a Roblox game

Hey there,

I’m currently in the making of a Western game similar to Red Dead Online and was planning on adding various saloons throughout the game’s towns/cities where players can socialize, start brawls and buy meals & drinks.

The part that concerns me is that I intend to make a mechanic where the player becomes “intoxicated” when consuming one to many drinks. HOWEVER, the drinks in question consist of iconic Roblox sodas like Bloxy Cola, Witches Brew, etc. And for the “intoxicated” part to simply be labelled as a Sugar Crash instead of being labelled as drunk.

Would this be appropriate for Roblox’ Community Standards?
Since there wont be any forms of alcohol involved I think it should be fine.

Roblox generally prohibits simulations of alcohol use or intoxication, but what you’re describing is more of a humorous, sugar-fueled overconsumption mechanic with no mention of alcohol
(Just be sure the visuals and dialogue reinforce the soda theme and avoid anything resembling ACTUAL alcohol use)

Additionally, the Restricted Content Policy states that “Restricted experiences on Roblox may include references to, and depictions of, alcohol use and intoxicated behavior,” but such content is subject to limitations and may not be suitable for all audiences

There’s also multiple mentions in the proper Community Standards, I’d read them if I were you. Here’s the link:
