Getting Players to come back for an Obby Game

So I’m working on an obby game with a few people, and I’ve noticed that the retention for it is rather low. Players don’t seem to be coming back to play the game that much. Since the game is an obby, I’m not sure how improving retention would work.

The game in question is an obby game where you have a jetpack, and you can use it to fly around and progress through the obby. It’s quite long, taking about 10-15 minutes for a whole run. Currently, you get wins when you beat the obby, and you can use wins to buy jetpack skins which give you increased fly speed and fuel. There are also leaderboards for fastest time and most completions. We also plan on adding new worlds. That’s what we have right now for player retention.

Here is the game link:

I’ve done a lil’ bit of research, and I just don’t know what I should do to improve player retention. Any ideas are appreciated!

When I checked, you had 30 CCU. keep in mind this is 7:50 AM PST, 10:50 AM EST. Meaning, every kid in the United States is in school. Meaning, it’s attracting European audiences and asian audiences well.

You simply need funding to advertise even more.
you should RAPIDLY ADD UPDATES to obbies of this type. “Obby but you’re on a bike” would’ve never reached its 100k CCU without its numerous number of worlds.

You need replayability.
After players complete the obby what else is there to do? Do the same obby again?

Add more obby courses, add obstacles. Something that makes each new attempt different and enjoyable.
Or just increase the difficulty.
