I have been wanting to make a gfx with this background I see it alot, Can someone help me on where I can find these backgrounds? Thanks!

Either you want to make one yourself or hiring a graphics designer which is capable of texture designing, if it’s the background you want.
You can try drawing them on some softwares.
Copy you render layer , make in background then make 2nd layer invisible and use finger tool to make background like that you have now. Easy right?
Chances are you won’t find this background although, creating a background like this may be your best bet and it’s fairly simple in Photoshop.
YouTuber, Dansky, has a very good Photoshop tutorial on how to create this liquid effect.
After, you can add some dots with the default brush tool.
I watched a video, I made one with The liquid effect on Adobe Photoshop. It turned out pretty good.
