What are some things I can improve on in this GFX?

looks very detailed, but it doesnt seem to fit with the background very well

Match the lighting environment with that background. Maybe there can be some bump on the fur? Other than that, it is good.

the guy looks Huge and does not match with the back ground

Make the fur shorter and add fur to the head . Also change the background .
