This look fantastic but the wooden shop kinda stand out to me other than that this look really good :D.

The ground looks really weird to me and its kinda weird that the background is just a sky instead of more scenery :rofl: I REALLY love the overall scene and vibe though!

I’d like to start this out by saying amazing job! :+1: I absolutely adore this scene! However, some of the things I noticed right away were:

  • The void is visible right behind the shop, which kind of ruins the city-based aesthetic for me. You could argue that there is a beach or ocean behind there, but usually, the area would be focused around the beach or ocean.
  • The water(?) on the ground in the uneven ground is much too dark compared to the rest of the scene, and automatically brings my attention directly to it. If you have photoshop, I’d recommend lightening the darker splotches to be lighter or darkening the rest of the scene.
  • The area seems to be low-maintenance/semi-inactive, however that could be a design choice. To me, the city seems sort of dead or inactive. For a path of such scale, I’d recommend making or importing a car or two to really show the activity of a striving city. Or, you could put in people sweeping, advertising a business, whatever your heart desires! Of course, that’s mostly my opinion, it could easily be the opposite of yours.

Anyways, that’s my 2 cents, everyone has their own opinion and favoured aesthetic. Just because I mentioned the negatives of this render doesn’t mean there aren’t any positives, such as the sheer attention to detail on the buildings, amazing character design, uneven path detailing, and much more! I love your work so far, and I’ve followed you on Twitter to keep up with your renders. Keep up the great work! :smile:
