Giftcard not working

Hello,

A friend of mine bought me a $10 giftcard and for some reason it’s not working. They still had the receipt and it was authorized at the cashier, and we tried the code w/ dashes, w/out dashes, and on each of our accounts + another friend’s account at roblox .com/redeem. For some reason, the code didn’t work.

Any tips or advice?
