Glass bottle Material Test

I made this glass texture (totally don’t have to subdivide 5 times, solidify it and shade smooth…) I placed it on a modified cylinder and slapped a cube inside for testing. I made this in under 5 minutes, so I need feedback for the glass texture. I will put this in an upcoming UGC if you want the UGC to be uploaded, please give feedback, I need them to progress.

Feedback :
As shown in the images,

  • Graphics : 4.7/5 Reflective, very cool.

It looks excellent, I like the distorted effect that it gives.

Completely unrelated, but your background looks nice.

  • Overall Rating : 4.6/5 Rendered, concern?
    Comments :
It looks perfectly fine, but I really don’t know how you are going to upload this texture as a UGC…
The reflection and distortion simply wouldn’t (in theory) be present once uploaded, even most UGCs find it difficult to upload something with any sort of transparency, have you gave that a thought?
(Welp, my question is invalid, nevermind.)

This isn’t the full UGC yet. This only a part of the UGC.

Transparent Textures, it is a thing.

Yes, but the distortion would stop working once in roblox. Roblox cannot support the glass refraction, unless the object is a roblox Part with the default Roblox “glass” material. (which cannot be done with a UGC item i think) So once you upload it to Roblox i dont think that it will look nearly as good.
But other than that, it looks very nice in Blender.

I’ll try to solve it, maybe I’ll just use the default mat.
