Alliance Guide

Requirements
If you wish to form an alliance with Glazio, you must reach our requirements/expectations listed below. If you fail to reach all the expectations listed it’ll result in a automatic decline, there will be absolutely no exceptions.

  • Your group must obtain 100+ non-botted members.
  • Group must be willing to announce all events Glazio is hosting.
  • Must be professional and maintain a good reputation.
  • No past record of scamming, free ranking, or selling ranks with administrative powers.
  • There must be activity & growth shown within your group.
  • Group must be mostly original, no stolen assets or such.
  • Group may not be a military group, or anything out of the industry.
  • Must provide 2-3 representatives.
Code of Conduct

Clothing
All clothing worn in Glazio games must be appropriate, if this rule is broken you will be asked to put something appropriate on, not doing so can result in a server ban.

Trolling
Trolling inside of the Glazio community is prohibited. Committing any type of trolling and you’ll be kicked from the server immediately after get a warning.

Exploiting/Spamming
Exploiting and spamming inside of the Glazio community is prohibited. Doing so will result in a automatic ban. You’ll have to appeal to a member of the staffing department.

Consequences
Breaking any rules after getting a warning, you’ll automatically be kicked from the game. If you join back and continue to do so after being kicked, you’ll receive a server ban.

Ban Appeals

Here at Glazio we aim to keep our community as safe as possible. If we see anyone breaking any rules, our staff team will immediately take action. This can result in termination, in-game ban, and a
communications-server ban. While this is the case, we do give second chances for anyone who shows themselves as worthy. Here are the requirements.

  • You must wait up to 48 hours before appealing.
  • Please give us up to 72 hours to review your request.
  • Trolling in your appeal will result in you losing your chance to apply again.
  • Glazio may decline your appeal for any given reason.
  • Appeals should show effort to show you’ve improved from your mistakes.

Please send a appeal to a member of staffing department with the following questions.

  • Where were you banned at Glazio?
  • Why were you banned at Glazio? Include date if possible.
  • Why would you like to be unbanned from Glazio?
  • Do you believe you’ll improve your behavior? If so, how and why?
Rank Information

[C] Customer - A member of the Glazio, not able to work as they’re just a customer.

[S] Suspended - A member of Glazio, only given to those who cause trouble. Could be temporary, or permanent

[H] Honorable Customer - A member of Glazio, only given to those who were a former HR+ here at Glazio.

[N] Noted Customer - A member of Glazio, only given to those who help benefit Glazio.

[AT] Awaiting Training - A member of Glazio, attended a interview session or took an application and passed. Cannot work until passing passing a training.

[LR] Junior Barista - A member of Glazio that passed a training session. Anyone under this role has received the first rank that is eligible to work behind the counter.

[LR] Barista - A member of Glazio that passed a training session. Anyone under this role has received the second rank that is eligible to work behind the counter.

[LR] Senior Barista - A member of Glazio that passed a training session. Anyone under this role has received the third rank that is eligible to work behind the counter.

[LR] Head Barista - A member of Glazio that passed a training session. Anyone under this role has received the fourth rank that is eligible to work behind the counter. This is also the last LR rank.

[MR] Supervisor - A member of this role has been dedicated enough to Glazio earn the first Glazio Executive rank. Anyone in this role will be handling group moderation, training, etc.

[MR] Senior Supervisor - A member of this role has been dedicated enough to Glazio earn the second Glazio Executive rank. Anyone in this role will be handling group moderation, training, etc.

[MR] Assistant Manager - A member of this role has been dedicated enough to Glazio earn the third Glazio Executive rank. Anyone in this role will be handling group moderation, training, etc.

[HR] General Manager - A member of this role has been dedicated enough to Glazio earn the fourth Glazio Executive rank. Anyone in this role will be handling group moderation, training, etc.

[HR] Senior Management - A member of this role has been dedicated enough to Glazio earn the fifth Glazio Executive rank. Anyone in this role will be handling group moderation, training, etc.

[HR] Chief Relations Officer - A member of this role has been dedicated enough to Glazio earn the sixth Glazio Executive rank. Anyone in this role will be leading the relations department.

[HR] Chief Staffing Officer - A member of this role has been dedicated enough to Glazio earn the sixth Glazio Executive rank. Anyone in this role will be leading the staffing department.

[HR] Chief Operations Officer - A member of this role has been dedicated enough to Glazio earn the sixth Glazio Executive rank. Anyone in this role will be leading the operations department.

[HR] Chief Executive Officer - A member of this role has been dedicated enough to Glazio earn the sixth Glazio Executive rank. Anyone in this role will be leading the executive department.

[SHR] Vice President - A member of Glazio, after being so dedicated and active at Glazio that they have been invited into the corporate team by the ownership team. Anyone in this role will be handling all aspects of the group.

[SHR] Senior Vice President - A member of Glazio, after being so dedicated and active at Glazio that they have reached the second corporate rank. Anyone in this role will be handling all aspects of the group.

[SHR] President - A member of Glazio, after being so dedicated and active at Glazio that they have reached the third corporate rank. Anyone in this role will be handling all aspects of the group.

[-] Development Team - A member of the Glazio development team.

[-] Assistants - Glazio bots.

[-] Ownership Team - One of the founders of Glazio, oversees all operations to make sure that Glazio continues to function correctly and maintain order.

[-] Holder - Group holder.

Low Ranks

Introduction
Nordic seeks for staff members that utilizes professionalism, maturity, and proper grammar and punctuation.

Applying
In order to be apart of the staff team, you must apply in the Interview Center or the Application that is located beneath the group description. If you successfully pass, you will . You are then required to attend only one training session to pass to obtain the role of your choice including Housekeeping, Bartender, Security, and Receptionist. Training times can be found within the Handbook.

Rules

  • All staff must use grammar in our premises.
  • All staff must be professional at all times.
  • All staff must abide the Roblox Community Rules .
  • All staff must not hint for promotion in any situation.
  • All staff must be respectful to everyone in any situation.
  • All staff must use common sense.

Consequences
If staff members break the rules, they will be punished accordingly depending on the situation. Consequences could be a warning, termination, or blacklist. There will be 3 warnings before termination for minor misbehavior. Immediate termination and blacklist could be given for major violations.

Professionalism
Staff are required to show professionalism. Grammar is required in all games. Drama will not be tolerated within our premises. This is to keep a safe and professional environment. All staff are required to wear uniforms at our bakery. Staff members who do not own the uniform will automatically be given it. Violating these standards will result in a consequence.

Promotion Guide

Once you’ve passed an application for “Awaiting Training”, you’ll then have to attend a training to get the rank “Barista”. Once you’ve passed the training you’ll be able to work behind the counter here at Glazio. This will give you the ability to earn points and for each LR rank you’ll need a certain amount of points to obtain. Once you’ve reached the rank “Head Barista” you’ll have to remain active and mature to get noticed by an MR+. They’ll have the opportunity to recommend you to join the executive team and if they do, you’ll over by a member of the Corporate Department. From that point on you’ll receive promotions based off of activity and maturity. These can come random and there will also be award ceremonies at the auditorium.
