Not an exploit. Instead its an emote that should be taken down, The glitch walker avatar is cool, but the emote is causing problems. Also how do you make a bug report post?

Is there a way we can reproduce this? Does it only work for this avatar and this emote combo, or it works on any avatar with this emote?

The emote isn’t why this is happening. Yes, it is being used to assist in creating the effect, but it’s actually the way the layered clothing is arranged on the avatar enabling the creation of the effect.
My best guess is that there’s an infinitely tall layered top-hat (or something like that) being layered underneath one or more full-body clothing. I see this effect abused in catalog games occasionally.
pretty sure theres an emote called “pain and suffering” that does this
normally it just compacts your character and spins you around really fast but with layered clothing combos it does this

There is a group of people working together using alt accounts to chaos the servers. This is one of the alt they used: kataorangmisquin
I have those items and used them for glitches a couple months ago.
