Glossy Nodes Not Picking Up HDRI

Introduction

Hey so I am using a glossy node in blender 2.8 and my HDRI that I uploaded isn’t working. I uploaded it using the method shown in this video I am also using that videos rig. If someone could help that would be great! Thanks so much from John.

This is the HDRI I’m using:

You’re in the Look-Dev render mode, change it to the rendered view. (That’s the grey circle with the white outline in the bottom right corner of your image).

I figured it out I have to go to shading and choose an HDRI from there.
