Gochí is a restaurant experience that simulates the fun of Korean-BBQ. We’ve cultivated the arts of traditional Korean dining, and enhanced your experience by creating an atmosphere that recreates nightlife. Based in Seoul, South Korea, we aim to bring you the best experience by catering to all from across the globe.

Rank Description
Gochí provides rank structures to form responsibilities and tasks for our staff members. All staff members are divided into management, executive, and presidential.
Management Team
Restaurant Assistant - 30
Restaurant Assistant is the first management rank that awarded to our Senior Team member that were promoted through recommendations. They undergo a one week trial period to understand their new responsibilities on training and moderating the restaurant.
Kitchen Supervisor - 20
Kitchen Supervisors have the responsibility on server banning disruptive customers at the restaurant. They will continue the same responsibilities on training and moderating the restaurant.
Assistant Manager - 15
Assistant Managers have the responsibility on hosting any scheduled training session for our Trainees. They will continue the same responsibilities on training and moderating the restaurant.
General Manager - 10
General Managers have the responsibility on hosting public shifts at the restaurant. Additionally, they have the permission to permanently ban. They will continue the same responsibilities on training and moderating the restaurant.
Shift Coordinator - 8
Shift Coordinator will be placed in an aspirant they would like to pursue in the future. There are two aspirants they can begin gaining experience can be either recruitment or engagement. They will continue the same responsibilities on training and moderating the restaurant.
Executive Team
Executive Board - 10
Executive Board is the first executive rank that is awarded to our Shift Coordinator that were promoted based on their performance. They are placed in a department according to the aspirant they were as a Shift Coordinator
- Relations - responsible to manage alliances and general event (must be engagement aspirant).
- Operations - responsible to manage staff management and staff recruitment (must be recruitment aspirant).
Managing Officer - 6
Managing Officers are department seniors that understand their responsibilities for a long period. They will continue the same responsibilities on department tasks.
Executive Director - 4
Executive Directors are department superiors that are assigned on managing their department. One Executive Director for each department will be assigned the role as lead. They will continue the same responsibilities on department tasks.
Presidential Team
Presidential Secretary - 2
Presidential Secretary is the first presidential rank that is awarded to our department lead that were promoted based on their performance on leading their department. They will remain as overseers of the department they were previously and worked alongside the Executive Directors on all executive’s activity.
Vice President - 2
Vice President are awarded based on the Presidential Secretary’s performance throughout their time at Gochí regardless of department. They will continue working to enforce fairness and organization to operations.
Co Owner to Owner
These roles are the overseers of the group which primarily focuses on development of the group. They make final decisions for the best of the group’s operations and act as the primary face of the Gochí.

Session Information
Training sessions are hosted by our management team and regularly updated in our public board. It is recommended to join the training center 15 minutes prior to the starting time. All times that is according to your time zone can be shown below.

You must be a Trainee for you to enter the training center. If you would like to become a Trainee, be sure to head to the quiz center.
Alliance Information
In order to form an alliance with Gochí, there are general expectations and requirements that are stated below. If your group fails to meet any of the requirements, you are ineligible to apply for an alliance. We do accept expectations, be aware it must be approved by the Presidential Team.
Alliance Requirements
- Your group must be a business professional group genre. We would appreciate is based on a business platform where there are guidelines that are enforced. We do not accept groups that are outside of the business setting unless there are general expectations for your customers to follow.
- Your group must be willing to announce any events. Gochí hosts events which we often ask our business partners to announce. We would appreciate if your group has the time of their day to announce these special events.
- Your group must have 5,000 group members. As our community continues to grow, we ask for groups to have an equal amount of group members to have a balanced activity.
- Your group must have a consistent activity. We require for you to have a form of activity in your platform. Our Relations Team will monitor your activity to see how well your group’s operations is performing. If you are a business group that has another form of activity outside of player count, we would appreciate to see any form of events hosted in your communication server.
- Your group must be willing to communicate with our Relations Team. Our Relations Team will do check ins once in a while to see how your group is performing. We also would love to host future collaborations with your group which requires communication.
- Your group should not have any history of selling ranks with administrative permissions. We do allow groups that sell ranks as long as they do not receive any administrative commands that is given to your management members. We feel this type of environment shows severe unprofessionalism and disorganization.
- Your group must not be blacklisted. There will be occurrences where your group has come across an issue with Gochí. If your group is under our alliance blacklist, you will be notified by our Relations Team for the reason why. If your group is blacklisted, you are able to appeal by messaging a Relations Team member.
Alliance Application
If you meet all the expectations and requirements, you are able to fill out the application. If your group has completed all the information below, message any Relations Team member or make a ticket in the communications server.
- What is the name of your group? Link the communication server and Roblox group.
- Describe your group and how it’s unique from other groups.
- Provide two representatives from your group that we can contact about your application status.
If you would like to receive a higher chance for acceptance, we would appreciate if you have any mutual alliances. We ask to give our department members a week to evaluate your group. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to message any Relations Team member.
