Gold Clockwork Headphones purchase prompt not displayed

No idea, I purchased it twice, for me and my friend using said link which I got from someone above in this thread (which is the one I posted), both times I received said item on the accounts. (None of us were qualified, which can be checked here (posted by julli4n), so the only way I could’ve was through said link.)

I keep getting a ‘Payment Cancelled’ prompt, any way to solve this?

If said link I sent doesn’t work, and you didn’t change the zipcode, I would reccomend attempting another users link (non-premium): Login Though, I would only try if it’s not enabled for you and you can’t buy the normal way.

Are you changing the set zipcode, or leaving it there? That was my issue unless they genuinely made it unusable for users without the feature which would suck.

I haven’t touched the zipcode at all, it’s been left as-is. why did roblox have to make this so hard to obtain?

I had the same problem, I eventually went out to a store and bought a giftcard and got the headphones using This link.

It should, work. There was something wrong with my card so I had to get it at a store but you can try to get one off Amazon or through the Roblox page.

Really surprising that this is still occurring for so many users. Roblox is definitely missing out on a decent chunk of sales.

I bought it without having the prompt available to me and roblox has deliberately disengaged with me [they didn’t give me the item]

I got an almost identical response, even though I sent a screenshot of me buying the robux. Roblox is so greedy. I spent $139 CAD of my own money on that stupid thing

Thanks. It loaded the page at first, then immediately redirected me to the upgrade page however. Which is weird. I already have premium, so I don’t see why it’s trying to get me to buy that…I guess the link workaround won’t be as easy this time around.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that if I log onto an alt that doesn’t have premium, I can see the promo. Furthermore, someone who lives in the same city as me with premium can see it. So it’s not a regional issue either. I don’t get what the deal is.
