"Gold Pilot Wings - Tate McRae" has many bugs (inconsistent sizing in R6 and R15, offcenter, texture bugs)

These issues affect the following item: Gold Pilot Wings - Tate McRae
Expected Behavior:
Item size should be consistent in both R6 and R15
Actual Behavior:
Item size is wildly different in R6 and R15 (I am not sure which size is meant to be the “correct” size, but the thumbnail displays the R6 size.)

The item is also offcenter, positioned slightly to the right of the center of the back.
